Print copies in a magazine/leaflet or any other publication where you are printing more than 50 copies at a time
(Why 50 copies - OK this is a bit arbritrary, but in practice means educational use that is more than 1 class.
However, in cases where whole documents are used, please include the following credit line: "The Naturalist's shack."
Use for educational purposes
An example of what I mean in practice is that if you are a teacher wanting to illustrate a key point to one class ie a normal sized lecture room/classroom - feel free!
If, on the other hand, your are producing some sort of educational materials for a whole school, then I expect you to either:
Pay a set fee (Link to payment)
Ask me
(Make a donation??)
Use for charitable purposes.
Are you paid?
If the answer is yes, then either:Pay a fee
Ask me.
Are you unpaid?
Use my photos as long as you provide a credit and a link to my page.
You may also, if you wish, donate whatever fee you think is reasonable.

What is fair use and what is not fair use.

If you see one of my pictures in a magazine or a Web page and there is no credit, then it is almost surely unauthorized. If you are the first person to tell me about it, I'll send you a free print for your wall.
