These are some (not all) of what I consider "for profit" use of my copyrighted materials.

Any use of website photos and/or text that include printing more than about 30-50 copies.

Any use on any website which is not a non-profit website.

Please note that if your site includes paid advertisements, then I do not consider that your site is non-profit.

Please also note that if you are selling anything at all on your website, then your website is for profit, and you should normally pay a fee for use of any of the materials on this site.

I will usually offer special rates to local organisations and individuals. As a general rule of thumb, you should consider that what I'm calling "local" is within about 50 miles of where the photo was taken.
